I am a fully credentialed Romanian lawyer with more than 9 years of experience, acquired in both the largest international law firm and in a top-tier domestic law firm.
While specializing in corporate and commercial projects, I have also counseled both domestic and international clientele on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, intellectual property, as well as retail ventures, agribusiness, energy and environmental affairs.
The establishment of my independent practice has naturally evolved from my professional growth and was triggered by my desire to provide comprehensive legal services, covering both consultancy and litigation areas, at a high professional level, tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses alike.

How do i work?
Considering that the time is the most imporant resource we all have, for an efficient colaboration, I conduct my activity mainly online. Nevertheless, I am available for physical reunions whenever necessary, depending on clients’ preferences and needs.
Fees
The fees are mainly applicable on hour basis, depending on the nature and complexity of clients’s mandates, case in which, for a full transparency, the client will be previously informed about the estimated workflow and of any amendment of it, considering the performed analysis. In most of the cases, a cap fee or a fixed fee can be agreed as well.
